In 2020, we issued a EUR 1.85 billion sustainability-linked bond (September 23, 2020 – September 23,
2028) to reinforce our commitment to expanding access to our medicines in low- and middle-income
countries (LMICs). Bondholders are entitled to receive a higher amount of interest if Novartis does not
